They include a family cinema trip to Melton’s Regal Cinema, a family day out to Twinlakes Park, ice skating and ten pin bowling in Nottingham, a soft play session at Jungle Bugs and an autism-friendly cinema trip to The Regal with a reduced number of visitors, lights on and a lower volume.

It is all part of the Leicestershire Holidays Together scheme, which is run by Leicestershire County Council along with Active Together as part of the government’s Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme, with local businesses offering their support.
