Mediation service launched in Melton

MONDAY 5PM: A new mediation service is starting up in Melton.
Currently most couples and families going through separation have to travel to Nottingham and Leicester to access such a service.
But now Deborah Burke of Equity Mediation has set up shop in Burton Street. She qualified as a family solicitor in 1988 and is a trained family mediator and member of the Family Mediators Association.
Research has shown that family disputes resolved through mediation are cheaper, quicker and less acrimonious than those settled through the courts.
